Who is Team.do right for?

We work with companies as small as a one-man operation to teams in the global Fortune 500. Can I customize how my tasks look on Team.Do?

Of course! We have unlimited number of custom fields, allowing you to put a part # for example at the beginning of each task, and have that number be required to open all new tasks. We do checkboxes, free text, select and multi-selection options for our custom fields.

Can tasks be exported to excel?

Sure! Any item you have in the task pane can be exported to excel. Just hit options and click export. It’s that simple.

How do I change which projects my employee can or cannot see?

On the Admin pane in the employee list you can check off which projects that employee can or cannot see. You can always alter these preferences as things change.

How do I add my team members on Team.Do?

You need to be an administrator to do that. Simply go into the admin area and add them by email. They’ll get an invitation with all the details they need to begin using Team.Do.
